iHeartMedia’s KRRL 92.3 FM RealFM spiked 2.5—3.2, even
though new morning personality Big Boy was on-air for just half the month. Looking at the 18-34 demo, RealFM surged from
a #11 to number 2. Big Boys former station KPWR 106.7 FM dropped 3.6—2.8 falling to #14 6+
As for the Top 5: iHM’s Top40 KIIS 102.7 FM tops the ladder
with an uptick 5.3—5.3, Clustermate KOST 103.5 FM was off 5.2—5.1 to end up in the #2
spot. CBS Radio’s Classic Hits KRTH
101.1 FM wobbled 5.1—5.0 to tie iHM’s KBIG 104.3 FM at #3, which was steady at 5.0 for the month.
Fifth place went to CBS Radio’s Top40 KAMP 97.1 FM which lost 4.3—4.0.
Also of note, Bonneville Classic Rock KSWD was up 3.7—3.9,
March was market veteran’s Mark Thompson first full month on-air at the station.
