FL Radio: WKSM To Launch New Morning Show

Cumulus Media Fort Walton Beach-Destin, FL, has announced the launch of a new morning show on 99ROCK / WKSM 99.5 FM , “The New Morning Movement With Misti and Gonzo”.

The program will debut on November 16, 2015, and will air weekdays from 6:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.

Co-host, Misti, returns to her native Florida after a 20-year radio broadcasting career in markets across the U.S., including: Anchorage, Alaska; Daytona Beach, Florida; Flagstaff, Arizona; Fort Wayne, Indiana; Bloomington, Indiana; Lexington, Kentucky; Bowling Green, Kentucky; and Nashville, Tennessee.

Gonzo

Co-host, Gonzo, an Okaloosa County native, began his broadcasting career at WKSM in 1996, and from there, programmed stations in Knoxville, TN (94.3 The X / WNFZ), and in Tallahassee, FL (X-101.5 / WXSR). Most recently, he was afternoon drive personality at WZLB in Fort Walton Beach.
