Detroit Radio: Salem's Chris MacCourtney Goes Regional

Salem Media Group has announced  that Chris MacCourtney, General Manager of Salem's Detroit radio cluster has been promoted to the role of Operational Vice President for Salem's Radio Division effective January 1, 2016.

MacCourtney joined Salem in October of 2004 as GM of WDTK 1400 AM later adding WLQV 1500 AM to the two station cluster. Prior to joining Salem he had more than two decades of broadcast sales and management experience. In his new role, MacCourtney will have oversight of the Detroit, Michigan; Columbus, Ohio; and Louisville, Kentucky radio markets.
