Fox News hosts sharply criticized President Donald Trump’s ongoing dismissal of the administration’s Jeffrey Epstein controversy over the weekend, labeling it a growing crisis.
On “Fox & Friends Weekend,” anchor Kevin Corke called the situation a “ticking time bomb” in response to co-host Charles Hurt’s claim that Trump’s team could resolve the issue definitively.
Hurt argued, “If anyone could step in and say, ‘We’ve answered all questions, there’s nothing here,’ it would be Trump and his team.” But he acknowledged, “You can’t do that without an explanation, and people still have valid questions.”
Corke interjected, urging transparency: “You defuse this time bomb by getting out there. You can’t tell me a thousand people were harmed and no one can be arrested. If there’s no list, fine—tell us who the perpetrators were. Depose everyone who might have been on that island. Let’s talk to them.”
He added, “There are videos from New Mexico, the island, New York—and nobody saw anything? I don’t buy it. They need to face the fire.”

A similar sentiment aired on “Mediabuzz” Sunday, where host Howard Kurtz noted that many MAGA voters feel betrayed by Trump’s refusal to release Epstein-related information. Guest Sarah Bedford called it “a huge PR disaster for the Trump administration,” adding, “There’s no way to spin their way out of this.”
