   2  Los Angeles

   3  Chicago 

   4  San Francisco

   5  Dallas-Ft. Worth

   6  Houston-Galveston

   8  Philadelphia

   9  Atlanta

  20  Nassau-Suffolk (Long Island NY)

  25  Riverside-San Bernardino CA

  36  San Jose

  41  Middlesex-Somerset-Union NJ
