2026 NAB Crystal Radio Award Winners Announced


The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) has announced the 10 winners of its 2026 Crystal Radio Awards on Tuesday afternoon during the NAB State Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. 

The awards honor radio stations for exceptional community service, with this year's recipients recognized for efforts including supporting veterans, aiding disaster recovery, feeding the hungry, and organizing holiday toy drives—demonstrating a shared focus on meeting community needs directly.
Cox Media Group led the honorees, securing three awards across two of its station clusters.

  • 830 WCCO – Audacy; Minneapolis, MN
  • KB101 (KBHP) – Hubbard Broadcasting; Bemidji, MN
  • Kat 103.7 (KXKT) – iHeartMedia; Omaha, NE
  • The Eagle 106.9/107.5 (KGLK) – Urban One; Houston, TX
  • Candy 95 (KNDE) – Bryan Broadcasting; College Station, TX
Established in 1987, the NAB Crystal Radio Awards celebrate radio's longstanding tradition of public service. This year's 10 winners were chosen by a panel of judges from the broadcast industry, community service organizations, and public relations firms, selected from a group of 50 finalists.
