Killabrew is replacing Rob Cressman who is now with Hubbard's Classic Hits WDRV, The Drive in Chicago. Killabrew was most recently with iHeartMedia in Des Moines where he was PD of Alternative KDXA and Sports KXNO-A.
“With more than two decades of programming experience at the local level, Mike understands the importance of aligning our on-air, digital content and marketing strategies across all platforms,” said Earl Jones, iHeartMedia's Kentucky-Indiana Region President. “His vision and enthusiasm to work with this team will help us reach the next level as we continue to position our incredible brand and product as a leader in the industry.”
Killabrew comes to this job with 20 plus years of experience. Prior to Des Moines, he was with several iHeartMedia stations in Tampa.
“I’ve programmed, lead, and have been fortunate to be a part of amazing teams throughout my career, and I can’t wait to get things rolling in Indianapolis,” said Killabrew. “We are a solid cluster and we will work with each other to become even better.”
