“I can’t wait to get there, roll up my sleeves and work with the talented staffs of both WZBH and WGBG and closely with newly appointed VP/GM Cheryl Salomone. I am excited to be part of the team working hard to expand our service to the local communities and bring these heritage stations to new heights in ratings and revenue. Plus, it’s been 16 years since I’ve lived near the ocean, so that doesn’t hurt!”
Ron Stone, CEO of Adams Radio Group said “Johnny is the final piece of the puzzle and he will be instrumental in solidifying our positon in the market. His participatory management style and leadership will provide everyone at our cluster a chance to be part of the building blocks that will no doubt astonish us all.”
