Tom Taylor Now notes Davis and Cumulus Media’s WBAP-820 AM/ 96.7 FM parted ways last year, and Salem’s KSKY 660 AM happily obtained his services.
Davis started June 4th and Salem reports results at its conservative talk KSKY (660)
were dramatic in Q4 2012 – revenues up 36%, in large part due to Davis.
Davis' show also can be heard on 99.9 FM in Fort Worth,
95.5 FM in Arlington and 92.9 FM in Dallas.
Davis, the leading political talk host in the Dallas area
and perhaps the state, has been with the station for 18 years. State and
national Republican officeholders and candidates are frequently guests on his
show.
Davis writes an opinion column for The Dallas Morning News
and appears on Inside Texas Politics on WFAA-TV (Channel 8), as well as KDFW-TV
(Channel 4).
Davis is a fixture on the conservative speaking circuit and
often moderates programs or forums put on by local and national Republicans in
the area.
