A tour bus, including 2022 Academy of Country Music Songwriter of the Year HARDY, 32, as a passenger, overturned on a portion of Interstate 40 West near Nashville at the Wilson and Davidson County line at approximately 2:30 AM CT, Sunday, October 2, according to The Tennessean.
The singer-songwriter of songs including "Sold Out," No. 1 hit Lauren Alaina and Devin Dawson collaboration "One Beer," and new Lainey Wilson duet "wait in the truck" was released from the hospital after being treated for "significant injuries." Four passengers were in the vehicle at the time of the incident, which occurred after HARDY was returning from playing Bristol, Virginia's Country Thunder event alongside headliner Morgan Wallen, Lauren Alaina, Tracy Lawrence, and Ian Munsick.
The incident was reported via HARDY's social media at 1:21 PM CT, which adds that the bus' driver is still hospitalized but is with his family while being treated.

The Philadelphia, Mississippi native has just released a new single, "JACK," as part of a recent run of new original songs.
There is no official word, as yet, if HARDY will play his forthcoming scheduled tour dates on October 8 at Arlington, Texas' Globe Life Field as support for Morgan Wallen's continuing "Dangerous" tour or for his scheduled three-week run of dates set for December on his own "Wall To Wall" concerts.
