Hubbard Radio has announced that its WSHE 100.3 FM will be adding the importaed Brooke & Jubal Show, starting November 14.
Longtime morning show host Brian Peck "will be moving on to other opportunities."
He has hosted mornings on 100.3 since September 2008, except for a short time in 2011 when the station experimented with Robert Murphy in mornings and moved Peck to afternoons, according to Chicago Radio&Media.
"Brooke & Jubal" features Brooke Fox, who has been working in morning radio for over 13 years, all in Oregon and Washington state markets, and Jubal Flagg, a standup comedian and comedy writer, who began in radio a little over 11 years ago. Fox and Flagg were first teamed together in January 2011 at KQMV-FM, a Hubbard-owned Top40 station in the Seattle/Tacoma/Bellevue, WA area.
In March of this year, iHeartMedia-owned Premiere Networks began syndication of "Brooke & Jubal," in partnership with Hubbard Radio. The show is now heard on nearly two dozen stations nationwide. Chicago will be its biggest radio market yet.
WSHE-FM Program Director Cat Thomas stated Tuesday: "I've been a Brooke and Jubal fan since I first heard them last year on a trip to the Northwest. They're entertaining, funny, smart, and addicting. They deserve to be heard in the hottest, most historic radio market in the US. The New SHE 100.3 is now ready to go above and beyond our strong workday launch with great music AND great personalities."

Flagg added: "We are thrilled to be coming to Chicago. It's an honor to add an affiliate in one of the most competitive markets in the country. Big thanks to Cat Thomas for having faith in the show."
