As part of the annual Radiothon, Eagles fans and 94WIP callers were provided the opportunity to bid on exclusive experiences involving their favorite Eagles players and 94WIP radio personalities. All proceeds will benefit Eagles Youth Partnership (EYP) and its vital health and education programs that serve more than 50,000 children who lack access in our community every year.
“We continue to be amazed each year by the generous contributions and devoted support from our fans during the Eagles Radiothon,” said Christina Weiss Lurie, President Eagles Youth Partnership, Eagles Social Responsibility. “As an organization, we are always looking to deliver one-of-a-kind experiences for our fans. The annual Radiothon provides us with the opportunity to do that, while also supporting the vital health and education programs of Eagles Youth Partnership. On behalf of EYP, I would like to express a heartfelt thank you to 94WIP for their steadfast commitment and support of this event.”
“We’re once again overwhelmed and humbled by the generosity of WIP listeners and Eagles fans in our community,” said Senior VP/Market Manager CBS Radio Philadelphia, David Yadgaroff. “The WIP Eagles Radiothon brings our entire staff together to work towards one common goal of helping raise money for Eagles Youth Partnership. It’s amazing to know that the WIP Eagles Radiothon helps fund programs that improve the lives of so many children right here in the Delaware Valley. Thank you to the staff and volunteers who make Radiothon a reality.”
Over the course of the two days, callers were able to place their bids on the following 94WIP shows: Angelo Cataldi & The Morning Team (5:30 am – 10:00 am), Michael Barkann and Ike Reese (10:00 am – 2:00 pm), and Josh Innes, Hollis Thomas and Spike Eskin (1:00 pm – 6:00 pm).
