The Classic Rocker lost a bit 7.0 –
6.9, but won the radio war posting a #1 showing, unseating CCM+E's
WXKSf Kiss 108 (7.3 – 6.8) from its usual perch.
It was a month dominated by sports and in particular The World Champion Red Sox which allowed CBS' WBZ 98.5 FM The Sport Hub to hit a home run moving 5.4 – 6.7 6+. The Hub ranks #3, up from the fifth spot.
The other station to unseat WXKS this past summer, Greater Media's Country WKLB 102.5 FM dropped 6.5 – 5.8 and lands in a tie for #4, with cluster-mate WMJX 106.7 FM Magic which moved 5.5 – 5.8
