Kayleigh McEnany, co-host of Fox News Channel’s Outnumbered and former White House Press Secretary under President Donald Trump, welcomed her third child, a daughter named Avery Grace, with her husband, Sean Gilmartin, a former MLB pitcher.
The birth was announced on Monday, during a segment on Outnumbered, where co-host Emily Compagno shared the news, accompanied by photos of Avery in a pink onesie and bow. McEnany and Gilmartin, married since 2017, are also parents to daughter Blake, aged five, and son Nash, aged two.
McEnany had previously announced her pregnancy on Outnumbered on March 17, 2025, sharing a sonogram and expressing excitement about the family’s new addition, due in June. On May 28, 2025, she revealed on-air, joined by Gilmartin and their children, that the baby would be a girl. McEnany described the family’s joy, noting Blake’s excitement in “kissing the baby” during her pregnancy.

In a post on X on June 30, 2025, McEnany expressed her love for Avery Grace, stating, “Blake and Nash love their baby sister, and we are enjoying this beautiful time in life!” She included a Bible verse from Psalm 139:13-14, emphasizing her faith.
The announcement was met with widespread congratulations from fans and colleagues, with social media posts trending, including hashtags like #McEnanyMamaMode. Outnumbered co-host Harris Faulkner also offered on-air congratulations. McEnany, known for her sharp political commentary and Christian faith, has not publicly detailed any changes to her role at Fox News following the birth, though earlier reports suggested a possible shift in her work plan, which surprised some fans.
The family’s milestone was celebrated as a “gift from God,” reflecting McEnany’s personal values and her commitment to balancing her career and motherhood.
