Peacock To Start Streaming Hallmark Channel

Peacock will start streaming live and on-demand programming from Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries and Hallmark Drama on Wednesday, Nov. 2, reports Lost Remote.

On Monday, the streamer announced that it would prominently feature its new Hallmark hub on its homepage and offer live broadcasts of all three channels, with current season content accessible live and on-demand the following day and a selection of Hallmark films, including holiday favorites.

“As we continue to make Peacock a premium streaming destination, Hallmark is exactly the type of brand we want to align with,” Kelly Campbell, president of Peacock and direct-to-consumer at NBCUniversal, said in a statement. “Through this groundbreaking partnership, we’re giving Hallmark viewers a unique viewing experience while continuing to grow our audience, boosting engagement across both brands.”

In addition to the live Hallmark channels, Peacock subscribers have access to the library of Hallmark on-demand programming, which includes live and next-day access to shows like When Calls the Heart and the upcoming premieres of new Hallmark original primetime series. The Hallmark-branded portal will have a Peacock Premium subscription-only VOD library with Hallmark movie classics and current releases.
