WRVW 107.5 The River, Nashville’s #1 Hit Music Station, announced today that Ricki Sanchez will join the “Woody & Jim Show,” effective April 26.
The “Woody & Jim Show” is a top-rated morning show in the Nashville community and broadcasts weekdays from 5 – 10 a.m. CST.
The Tennessee Radio Hall of Fame-nominated show has been waking up Nashville for more than 20 years. Hosted by Woody Wood, Jim Chandler and Zac Woodward, Sanchez will bring her lively energy to the show that has been a staple not only on the air but also in the community.
“We got hundreds of submissions from talented candidates across the country, and Ricki immediately stood out from the beginning as someone with a vibrant personality and unique perspective that fits in with the ‘Woody & Jim Show’ perfectly,” said Jonathan Shuford, Program Director for 107.5 The River. “We’re ecstatic to welcome her to join the show and help us wake up Nashville for years to come.”
“I can’t wait to join the ‘Woody and Jim Show’,” said Sanchez. “It’s been my dream to be part of a morning show and I’m so glad it’s going to happen with such an amazing team in such a vibrant city like Nashville.”
Sanchez joins 107.5 The River from the “Zach Sang Show” where she most recently served as the co-host and producer. She also served as an intern for “The Elvis Duran Show” and hosts a successful podcast called “20-Somethings Doing Nothing.”
