NYC Radio: WWPR's Angie Martinez Injured In Car Accident

WWPR 105.1 FM NYC radio host Angie Martinez has revealed she was involved in a "severe" car accident this past week. The Power 105 host will be taking a break for an unspecified amount of time as she recovers from her injuries, which include a fractured lumbar and shattered vertebrae.

The 48-year-old Martinez just recently launched WeTV's Untold Stories of Hip-Hop, which delves into the backgrounds of some of the biggest names in hip-hop.
