PA Personality J-P McCartney Retires

J-P McCartney

After 18 years, Jeff Roteman a.k.a. J-P McCartnery has retired as Music Director and On-Air personality at Alpha Media's WIKZ 95.1 FM  Mix95.1 in Chambersbrurg / Hagerstown.

McCartney notes he started in 1997 doing mornings at WCHA-FM Froggy / Kiss Country 94.3 and later moved across the hall to HotAC big brother MIX 95.1 where he's been handled middays for the past 14-years.  His previous experience includes stations in Williamsport, PA and Harrisburg.

According to Roteman, "Working with GM Rich Bateman and OM/PD Rick Alexander has been a great experience and I thank them for the opportunity." Now,  he's looking forward to time with grandkids and Pittsburgh Pirates baseball.

Roteman added he will continue his numerous tribute websites for KQV, WTAE, 13Q, KOOL Harrisburg, WKBO, WLS, 3WS, ABC Radio News, Nighttime America, and others.
