Third Quarter Highlights
- Net Revenues increased 1% to $99.8 million
- Station Expenses increased 3% to $69.2 million
- Station Operating Income decreased 3% to $30.6 million
- Adjusted EBITDA decreased 7% to $24.3 million
- Adjusted Net Income per share decreased 5% to $0.19
- Free Cash Flow decreased 14% to $13.0 million
David J. Field, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated: “Entercom’s performance accelerated during the third quarter, highlighted by a robust September during which revenues increased 7%, up 5% excluding political. Overall, third quarter revenues were up 1.4%, overcoming a weak August. We continue to focus on working to enhance our value to listeners and customers and to increase our growth potential for the future. To that end, we believe our competitive position, execution, and capabilities have all significantly improved over the past year and should enable enhanced performance in the year ahead.”
