iHeartMedia's Adult Contemporary powerhouse KOST 103.5 FM in Los Angeles has added legendary syndicated host Delilah to its evening schedule, debuting "Love Songs with Delilah" seven nights a week from 7 p.m. to midnight.
This marks a significant return for the show to the L.A. market, filling the void left by the recent retirement of longtime host Karen Sharp from the station's "Love Songs on the Coast" program last month.
Delilah, a Radio Hall of Famer and the most-listened-to woman on U.S. radio, expressed enthusiasm about the move: "I’m so excited to join the fabulously talented on-air personalities at KOST 103.5 and be part of such a legendary Los Angeles radio station. Playing love songs at night, taking dedications, and connecting with listeners is truly the greatest job in the world."
KOST Program Director John Peake echoed the excitement, calling her "a comforting presence for millions of listeners across the country" whose "ability to connect through stories, music, and genuine compassion is unmatched."
Syndicated by Premiere Networks (an iHeartMedia subsidiary), Delilah's program will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2026 and is already carried on more than 160 stations nationwide.
Known for her soothing voice, heartfelt listener call-ins, and dedications paired with soft rock and pop love songs, the show previously aired in L.A. on outlets like 95.9 The Fish (KFSH-FM) from 2012 to 2020 and briefly on KBIG 104.3 MYfm in the early 2000s and 2007. KOST, branded as "Southern California's Official Holiday Music Station" and home to the Ellen K Morning Show, is a top-rated AC station serving the massive L.A. market.
