Townsquare Media has promoted three long-standing employees to lead its expansion efforts. Cristina Cipolla has been named the company's first Chief Data Officer (CDO), a position designed to leverage data for client success and strategic planning. Cipolla, who joined Townsquare in June 2013, was most recently the Senior Vice President in the data and analytics department since January 2022.
Erik Hellum, EVP and COO of Townsquare, highlighted Cipolla’s deep business insight and innovative data strategies, stating, "Cristina's profound grasp of our business operations and her visionary approach to data utilization make her the perfect candidate for this role."
Matt Kiger has been appointed as Chief Revenue Officer for Local Media. Since joining in March 2012, Kiger has significantly impacted the company with his sales leadership. His new role will focus on boosting revenue across Townsquare's 74 market operations in both digital and broadcast radio. Hellum commended Kiger’s dynamic leadership, saying, "Matt's enthusiasm and commitment to excellence have profoundly influenced our sales teams, driving our playbook's success across all markets."
Kelly Quinn steps up to the role of Chief Revenue Officer of Ignite, Townsquare's programmatic digital advertising division. Having been with the company since its start in May 2010, Quinn will drive Ignite's growth by enhancing client engagement through data-driven advertising solutions. Todd Lawley, President of Ignite operations, praised Quinn's leadership qualities, stating, "Kelly's unparalleled ability to lead and motivate sales teams positions him ideally to propel Ignite towards continued market dominance."
