Fort Wayne Radio: WWFW Flips To Adult Hits As 103.9 Wayne FM

Christmas Day brought a change to the WWFW in northeastern Indiana, with the launch of 103.9 Wayne FM.

At 6 p.m. Wednesday, Adams Radio introduced the new format on the former home of "Sunny FM."

Brand Manager Robbie Mack said the station "will continue to place an emphasis on 80s music, like our previous brand did, but with our mantra of 'We Play Everything,' will also feature a much wider variety of songs with lots of musical surprises along the way."

Artists on the play list range from Alanis Morrissette to Def Leppard to Journey.

Mack said the station will feature three "all music" hours -- at 7 a.m., noon and 5 p.m. on weekdays.
