"I've always loved radio. To me, it's one of the most challenging platforms for creatives," noted Fitzgerald. "The Radio Mercury Awards are a champion of great ideas delivered in stereo. It's a pretty cool gig to be leading the charge on curating the best of the best for 2020."
"Robin truly has a passion and a love for the audio medium, and we are fortunate to have her serve as the 2020 Radio Mercury Awards Chief Judge," added RAB President and CEO Erica Farber, who's also chair of the Radio Creative Fund. "She has an impressive track record in the creative community and will bring her deep appreciation for the radio craft and how it can deliver for brands and listeners alike."
Award categories for the 2020 Radio Mercury Awards will be announced in late December, along with Call for Entry guidelines and deadlines.
