San Diego Radio: KFMB-FM Names Ted Woods Morning Show Producer

KFMB 100.7 FM San Diego has named Ted Woods as producer for "The Cantore Show," weekdays from 6-10am.

The move follows the appointment of Chris Cantore as morning host and Meryl Klemow as co-host last month.

Woods has spent the last decade of his career as a producer for Westwood One, including "2 Hours with Matt Pinfield," "The Beatle Years" and "The Weekend Countdown with Billy Bush," among others. He most recently led the production team for the Westwood One Podcast Network.

Director of FM Programming, Mike V. Vasquez, said, "Ted is incredibly smart, strategic and knows how to develop compelling content on multiple platforms. He brings a wealth of experience and talent that extends beyond that of a traditional producer. Plus, he's been friends with both Cantore and Klemow for years, so there's already a good level of comfort with this growing team."

Woods stated, "I'm beyond excited for the opportunity to join Chris, Meryl, and the 100.7 San Diego team to create compelling content in America's Finest City. It will be an absolute honor to spend my mornings working alongside them and the team Mike Vasquez has been busy assembling at KFMB."
