Buffalo Radio: Townsquare Turns-On 'The Breeze'

Townsquare Media has announced the launching of WMSX 96.1 The Breeze, Buffalo's Relaxing Favorites At Work.  The station dropped its HotAC format as 96.1 Joy FM after finishing several weeks of holiday hits.

The station is launching without jocks with 10,000 songs commercial-free.

The new radio station is airing what it calls a relaxing blend of music from diverse artists ranging from Air Supply, Fleetwood Mac, and Boys II Men to Adele, Ed Sheeran and Whitney Houston. This is Adult Contemporary music that hasn't been played in Buffalo for years.
