Salem Media Group has announced that Mike Blakemore, Program Director for
WFSH 104.7 - The Fish, Atlanta, has been appointed to the new position of VP Programming, CCM Format.
In addition to his duties in Atlanta, this expanded role will allow Blakemore to provide leadership, and leverage the resources of the company’s Contemporary Christian Music stations.
Dave Santrella, President of Salem Media’s Broadcast Division commented, “Mike’s success in Atlanta has been confirmed by WFSH ranking consistently in the top tier of stations in our target demo of Women 25-54, often in the top five. Most recently with Christmas music the station was #1 Adults 25-54 with a 8.5 share; #1 Women 25-54 with a 9.8 share; #1 Women 18+ with a 10 share. We are confident Mike will bring energy, excellence, and excitement to this critical new role for our company.”

Blakemore has been Program Director at WFSH for 10 years. Prior to that he served in programming roles in Knoxville, TN, Des Moines, IA, and Champaign, IL.
