Modesto/Stockton Radio: Andy Winford New PD At KATM

Cumulus Media announces that it has appointed Andy Winford to Program Director of KAT Country KATM 103.3 FM in Modesto/Stockton, CA.

Winford joins Cumulus Media from Townsquare Media-Yakima, WA, where he was Brand Manager of KIT-AM and KATS-FM. Prior to that, he was Brand Manager for Townsquare Media’s Billings, MT, station group. Winford previously held programming positions including: Program Director of KHBN/91.7 The Bounce in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; Program Director for KKBZ-FM and KHIT-FM in Fresno, CA; Director of FM Programming for iHeart Media/Clear Channel in San Luis Obispo, CA; and Program Director of KURQ and KSTT in Modesto, CA.
