And now, Cumulus has announced plans to move the tansmitter/tower for its Talk KABC 790 AM. Cumulus is looking to get $125M, which will be used to pay down debt. The deal means KABC needs to vacate by sometime in March 2016. And its worth noting that the land is worth more than KABC itself.
Cumulus has filed a request with the FCC proposing to move to the transmitter site for ESPN deportes KWKW 1330 AM, which is owned by Lotus.
