Former ESPN Radio personality Mike Golic has a new role with the network. According to Andrew Marchand of the NY Post, Golic will work alongside Dave Pasch as a color commentator for the network’s coverage of college football. Adam Schefter tweeted last month that Golic would be going back to the role he held for 10 years, but it was unclear as to who he’d be working with.

A former Notre Dame football player and nine-year NFL veteran, Golic began his run on ESPN Radio in 2000 alongside Mike Greenberg — who is the current host of the Get Up! TV show on ESPN — in the show, “Mike and Mike.” The show became a staple of sports talk radio and had one of the longest runs in sports radio history, lasting until November of 2017 when the show came to an end.
Since November of 2017, Golic has been a part of the show, “Golic and Wingo,” with ESPN analyst Trey Wingo and Golic’ son, Mike Golic Jr.
