His new role is in addition to his current programming responsibilities for Alternative WSFS 104.3 FM The Shark.
O'Connell began his radio career in WXKS-FM Kiss 108 in Boston. In 1995, he joined 103.1 the Buzz in West Palm Beach and was also on the team at Modern AC Mix 102.3, Country WIRK-FM and AC Sunny 104.3. Prior to Entercom/Miami, O'Connell was PD at 98.7 The Fan and Country WQYK-FM/Tampa.
