CBS Radio News has announced that Bill Rehkopf has been named a correspondent.
Rehkopf brings to CBS Radio News years of experience behind the anchor mic as well as time in other broadcast and digital platforms and public affairs work.
He joins CBS News from The Hill, the political website and newspaper. Before that, Rehkopf was a news anchor and political reporter at WNEW-FM in DC and anchor and talk host at KDKA in Pittsburgh.
Earlier in his career he worked as news director, anchor and street reporter at several stations, including Country WPOC in Baltimore, News/Talk WHP 580 AM in Harrisburg, PA, and WPXZ 104.1 FM in Punxsutawney, PA.
