AdLarge Media has added another podcast to its growing roster with an exclusive national ad sales agreement to represent the Completely Unnecessary Podcast (#CUPodcast).
With more than 30,000 downloads per episode and 200,00 YouTube subscribers, #CUPodcast delivers reviews and conversation on pop culture topics such as games, movies, comics, and more, and delves into the news and business sides of those areas.
Hosted by writer and gamer, NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) Punk Pat Contri, along with fellow gaming expert, Ian Ferguson, the show is produced every other week in an entertaining, friendly, and casual environment.
“#CUPodcast educates as much as it entertains,” stated Yvonne Lacey, Vice President, Digital Sales Development for AdLarge. “Pat and Ian have an extremely natural and conversational way of discussing pop culture that resonates with their listeners. We’re looking forward to bringing their engaged audience to our advertisers.”
“We are very excited about teaming up with AdLarge,” Contri added. “The folks at AdLarge really get what we’re doing and understand our audience and what they want to hear. Partnering with AdLarge can only help us reach new heights.”
“Gaming - especially retro-gaming - is huge right now,” said Jay Green, Vice President, Digital Content Partnerships for AdLarge. “Pat and Ian do what a lot of gamers cannot - they relate! The #CUPodcast is for gamers, by gamers, and offers advertisers a way to connect with them all.”
