CBS Radio Market President David Yadgaroff said the move would probably take place some time later this year, though there are still issues to work out with the landlord at 400 Market St.
The station, which is regularly ranked first or second in the Philadelphia market for total listeners, will be moving to the same 555 City Ave. offices as WXTU 92.5 FM and WZMP 96.5 AMP Radio — the two music stations acquired from Beasley Broadcasting Group in October 2014.

The Philly Business Journal reports the two other CBS Radio stations at 400 Market, Sportsradio 94 WIP and conservative talk station 1210 WPHT, will remain in Old City. WOGL splits the 10th floor with WPHT while WIP consumes the 9th floor of the building, which was recently sold to Washington, D.C.-based MRP Realty along with two other Old City office buildings and a garage with a Ritz movie theater.
CBS Radio’s other local station, KYW Newsradio 1060, relocated a few years ago from 400 Market to the same studios as sister television station CBS3 so both newsrooms could work more in concert.
WPHT and WOGL moved from 2 Bala Plaza in Bala Cynwyd to 400 Market just two years ago to consolidate operations. But the Beasley purchase surely changed the dynamic.
