San Diego Radio: Garett Michaels New PD At KFMB-FM

Veteran radio programmer and personality Garett Michaels has been named Program Director at HotAC KFMB 100.7 JackFM.

Michaels’ San Diego radio roots date back to 2002 as the original and founding Program Director of KBZT-FM, a position he held for nearly a decade.  He most recently spent two years as the Program Director of Entercom's KNDD 1-7.7 FM The End in Seattle.

“After spending the last few months exploring my strategic options, I couldn’t be more excited to return to San Diego,” said Michaels.

“It's an honor to be a part of KFMB, call letters that have such an important history and heritage here.  Also, I’m stoked to be working with the legendary Dave, Shelley and Chainsaw, San Diego’s best and highest rated morning show.  A huge thanks to Elisabeth Kimmel for making this possible."
