Radio veteran personality Jeff Kinzbach is the new morning show host at Classic Rock WONE 97.5 FM in
Kinzbach is a life-long resident of Northeast Ohio and spent
more than 20 years of his career on WMMS in Cleveland .
"WONE is a great radio station," Kinzbach told WKYC-TV.
"I'm excited to join the excellent staff and play the outstanding music
that we all grew up with."
Program Director Tim Daugherty is also excited to welcome
Jeff to the staff.
"I cut my teeth listening to him and I'm looking
forward to the knowledge and energy this radio icon is bringing to WONE,"
Daugherty explains.
Kinzbach will be the solo host of WONE's morning show from 6
a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday through Friday.
Kinzbach's addition isn't the only change at WONE. Earlier
last week, personalities Christi Nichols and Steve Hammond were both relieved
of their duties at the station.
Nichols had co-hosted the morning show with Daugherty for
several years, while Hammond, who dubbed himself "The Gate Keeper,"
had recently been covering the 7 p.m. - midnight airshift.
Bring back MR. LEONARD! He was so funny!
