Audacy Launches Weekly Podcast On Parenting

Audacy has announced “After Bedtime with Big Little Feelings,” a weekly podcast hosted by real-life best friends and mom duo Kristin Gallant and Deena Margolin, LMFT, the preeminent experts in all things toddler and preschool-hood and the trailblazing founders behind mega-popular Big Little Feelings, an inclusive, informative, judgment-free community and resource for parents and caretakers everywhere.

“After Bedtime with Big Little Feelings” will launch today on the Audacy app and everywhere podcasts are available, with new episodes released on Wednesdays.

Modern parenting is a doozy. There’s never been more pressure to be perfect with social media readily at our fingertips. “After Bedtime with Big Little Feelings” is the place moms and caretakers can go at the end of a long hard day, the “mommy/parent group” they can actually look forward to each week.

Founded in 2020 by best friends Deena Margolin and Kristin Gallant, Big Little Feelings has quickly become the largest online parenting resource and community, and their “Winning the Toddler Stage” and “Potty Training Made Simple” are the world’s best-selling online toddler courses, having helped transform over 300,000 families and counting. In just three years, the Big Little Feelings Instagram community (@BigLittleFeelings) has grown to over 3 million people worldwide, with celebrity followers including Eva Mendes, Blake Lively, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Sophie Turner, Amy Schumer, Maren Morris, and Jerry Ferrara.

Aptly dubbed “The Toddler Experts,” Deena and Kristin have already helped millions of parents and caregivers feel more confident and maximize their child’s potential by providing strategies, scripts, and how-tos that support the development of kind, happy, and emotionally resilient kids. Now, on “After Bedtime with Big Little Feelings,” Deena and Kristin will unpack the broad spectrum of things everyone experiences as parents but are too ashamed to talk about: imperfect marriages, miscarriages, managing toddler mania, apologizing to your kids, infertility, potty training, our bodies, and everything in between. Listeners will leave with actionable, realistic tips to make this whole parenting thing smoother.

Kristin Gallant is a proud mom of three, and her professional work with kids spans more than a decade. She studied International Affairs at George Washington University, with a concentration in Global Public Health Issues and a focus on maternal and childhood education.

Deena Margolin is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) whose practice specializes in helping children grow and reach their potential. Her goal is to help children and families connect through compassion, cultivate new coping tools, and become more resilient. A mom of two, Deena studied psychology at Bucknell University before returning to LA as a research assistant at UCLA, where her work focused on mindfulness, anxiety regulation, and the brain. She received her Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy from USC.
