Entravision Reports Q2 Revenue Growth

Entravision Communications Corporation reported a 22% year-over-year increase in consolidated net revenue for Q2 2025, reaching approximately $99.7 million, driven primarily by its Advertising Technology & Services segment.

This segment saw a 66% revenue surge to around $56.7 million, fueled by higher advertising spend per client, expanded sales capacity, and the integration of AI into its proprietary platforms, Smadex and Adwake.

Operating profit for this segment jumped 190% to $5.2 million, reflecting improved efficiency. The Media segment, which includes television, radio, and digital marketing services targeting Latino audiences, faced challenges with an 8% revenue decline to approximately $43 million, mainly due to lower broadcast advertising revenue.

Its operating profit fell 94% to $0.4 million. Consolidated segment operating profit was $5.5 million, down 28% from Q2 2024. Entravision maintained financial discipline with a $10 million voluntary debt prepayment, holding $69.3 million in cash and equivalents.

The company declared a $0.05 per share quarterly dividend and amended its credit agreement to enhance stability, with total leverage at 2.8 times (1.8 times net of cash).

Strategic initiatives include expanding news production, growing local sales, and enhancing digital advertising solutions while controlling costs.
