Joe Rogan Rips DOJ Over Epstein Files

Podcaster Joe Rogan has sharply criticized the Trump administration’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case during a July 15, 2025, episode of The Joe Rogan Experience.

His rant focused on the Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI’s July 2025 memo, which stated there was no “client list” of high-profile individuals linked to Epstein’s sex trafficking and confirmed Epstein’s 2019 death as a suicide.

Rogan expressed frustration over conflicting statements from Trump administration officials, particularly Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel.

Rogan highlighted Bondi’s earlier claims, such as her February 2025 statement that an Epstein “client list” was “sitting on my desk” and her May 2025 assertion to reporters that the FBI was reviewing “tens of thousands of videos” involving Epstein with minors or child pornography. These remarks fueled expectations among Trump supporters for explosive revelations.

However, the DOJ’s July memo contradicted these claims, stating no such list or incriminating footage existed. Rogan pointed out this discrepancy, quoting Bondi’s statements and sarcastically noting, “They’ve got videotape and all of a sudden they don’t,” referencing Patel’s June 2025 appearance on his podcast, where Patel downplayed the existence of incriminating videos, saying, “If there was a video… nothing you’re looking for is on those tapes.”

Rogan suggested the administration was backtracking on campaign promises to release Epstein-related files, accusing it of orchestrating a cover-up to protect powerful figures. He cynically remarked, “Or just bomb Iran and everybody forgets,” implying that recent U.S. military actions against Iranian nuclear sites were a distraction from the Epstein controversy.
