Marciszek, Vance Earn Promotions At AdLarge Media

AdLarge Media has promoted two of its managers to reflect their expanded responsibilities as the company continues its growth trajectory in both network radio and digital advertising sales representation.

Ilwira Marciszek is now Director, Ad Operations from Senior Manager and Stephanie Vance becomes Director, Revenue Planning & Development from Manager, Business Operations.

Marciszek is a digital advertising operations specialist with expertise in highly detailed cross-platform audio campaigns and ad-serving technologies.  She has been a driving force in building AdLarge’s digital operations since its inception and manages operational relationships with digital publishers.  Combining technical proficiency with creative ability, Ilwira leads the design of AdLarge’s website.

Vance’s role spans both advertising sales and content partnerships across network radio, digital, and mobile platforms.  With a strategic and analytic mindset, she works closely with the executive team to maximize the revenue success of content partnerships.  She manages AdLarge’s portfolio to build creative sales planning packages that focus on advertiser and marketplace needs.
