Not much new to see for Washington DC
in the March PPMs from Nielsen. Hubbard's News WTOP 103.5 FM again
is at the top (6+ AQH Total Week) although it was soft for the month
9.3—9.1. It's almost a two share lead over #2. American
University's non-com N/T WAMU 88.5 FM was down 7.5—7.1.
At #3 is Howard University's UrbanAC
WHUR 96.3 FM 6.9—6.3, iHeartMedia's Top40 WIHT Hot 99.5 FM is in 4th
place 5.8—6.1 and clustermate AC WASH 97.1 FM was up 5.4—5.6 to round out the Top 5.
Worthy of note: Country WMZQ 98.7 FM continues trending upward moving 3.2 - 3.4 and 3.9 in the the year;'s first three months. Also, Radio One’s gospel “Praise” WPRS 104.1 FM continues upward 3.5 - 3.6 - 3.9.
