Seattle Radio: Danny Bonaduce's Surgery Termed Successful

Danny Bonaduce's brain surgery has been a success. The actor's long-time friend and agent Paul Anderson has revealed to TMZ that Bonaduce underwent a two-hour long surgery on Monday that 'went really well' and has left everyone very optimistic abut his recovery.

Bonaduce, 63, is expected to be released from the hospital in the next few days, followed by a period of recovery at home for the next three to four weeks, before returning to his radio show on 102.5 KZOK.

Since April 2022, The Partridge Family alum has been grappling with an unknown ailment which impacted his ability to walk and maintain his balance. He spent five days in the hospital last year after his wife first noticed he was struggling to speak.

Bonaduce revealed last week that he finally received an official diagnosis -  hydrocephalus, a build-up of fluid in the brain.

The surgery was intended to help Danny maintain his balance in his everyday life, and doctors now believe this will be achieved.

Danny's wife, Amy Bonaduce, also shared the good news on her Twitter account: 'It’s been a long day but I just wanted to let you guys know that Danny’s surgery went according to plan and he’s doing well (purple heart emoji).'

As a result of his health condition, he and his wife are also parting ways with their multi-level home in Seattle and moving into a condo that is safer for him to move around in.
