What's Up With Ebro In The Morning Show?

Ebro in the Morning radio show—hosted by Ebro Darden, Peter Rosenberg, and Laura Stylez—has officially ended its run on Hot 97 (WQHT New York) and in its syndicated markets after 13 years. The final episode aired Friday, and syndication through Superadio Networks has ceased "in its current form."

Superadio, the show's longtime syndicator, has emphasized that while the current version is wrapping up, they remain "fully committed to the Ebro brand."

Reports indicate they're actively working with Ebro, Rosenberg, and Stylez on a new program, though no specifics on format, platform, or timeline have been announced yet.

The hosts have been vocal about excitement for the future: Ebro has directed fans to follow the show's YouTube channel, hinting at continuing content online.

Laura Stylez posted an emotional farewell, teasing that the trio (as "best friends") has "plans and more coming next year."

Peter Rosenberg has echoed optimism, saying "change can be beautiful" and that bigger things are ahead without the constraints of Hot 97's ownership.

Industry buzz suggests a shift toward digital platforms (like YouTube or podcasting) or possibly a new radio home, but nothing is confirmed. Some speculation ties it to broader changes in urban radio, but the team appears poised for a relaunch in some form soon. For now, it's a transitional period—stay tuned to their socials and the Ebro in the Morning YouTube for updates.
