The Sports Hub’s daytime shows claimed first place in every time slot, while WEEI’s programs struggled, with none ranking higher than a tie for sixth. Overall, The Sports Hub led the market with an 11.1 share, securing the top spot, while WEEI lagged behind, tying for ninth with a 3.4 share.Morning Drive (6-10 a.m.)
The Sports Hub’s Toucher and Hardy dominated as Boston’s highest-rated radio show, earning a 17.9 share. In contrast, WEEI’s The Greg Hill Show tied for sixth with WROR’s Bob and LBF In The Morning at a 4.9 share.Middays (10 a.m.-2 p.m.)
Zolak and Bertrand on The Sports Hub took first with a 12.5 share. WEEI’s Jones and Keefe, despite recent gains, tied for seventh with Magic 106.7’s programming at 3.5.Afternoon Drive (2-6 p.m.)
Felger and Massarotti held the top spot for The Sports Hub with an 11.1 share, though this marked a decline from their 14.8 share in summer 2024 and a 30% drop from spring 2024’s 18.4 to 12.2. WEEI’s afternoon programming plummeted to 15th with a 2.0 share.
Evening Transition (6-7 p.m.) The Sports Hub’s Baseball Hour, hosted by Tony Massarotti, tied WZLX for second with a 7.5 share. WEEI’s mix of Red Sox pregame and Christian Arcand tied WCRB for 17th at 1.7.Evening (7 p.m.-Midnight)
WEEI saw its strongest performance during Red Sox broadcasts and Christian Arcand, tying The Sports Hub’s Joe Murray show for fourth with a 5.2 share, buoyed by the Red Sox’s first playoff season since 2021.
