ESPN Re-Signs NFL Analysts

ESPN has secured new multi-year contracts with NFL analysts Herm Edwards, Jeff Saturday, Andrew “Hawk” Hawkins, and Jason McCourty, ensuring their continued presence across the network’s premier NFL coverage.

With Edwards’ 25+ years of NFL playing and coaching experience, and Hawkins, McCourty, and Saturday’s combined 30+ years as players—including Super Bowl wins for McCourty and Saturday—the quartet brings deep expertise. They will appear on Get Up, First Take, NFL Live, and SportsCenter year-round, while also contributing to ESPN’s multi-platform projects.
  • Herm Edwards, a former defensive back and respected coach, will provide authoritative NFL and college football analysis, including insights on top NFL prospects. He will anchor ESPN’s Sunday NFL coverage on SportsCenter (morning and late-night editions) and make weekly Sunday appearances on ABC’s Good Morning America. Edwards will also feature on multiple SportsCenter editions each Monday.\
  • Jeff Saturday, a six-time Pro Bowl offensive lineman and ESPN analyst since 2013, extends his decade-long tenure. He will appear on Get Up, First Take, SportsCenter, NFL Live, and Pardon the Interruption on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, continuing to cover major events like the Super Bowl, NFL Free Agency, and the NFL Draft.
  • Andrew “Hawk” Hawkins, a six-year NFL veteran, will primarily contribute to NFL Live and Get Up on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with additional appearances on First Take and SportsCenter. Hawkins, who co-founded sports tech company StatusPro, will continue leveraging its virtual reality technology on NFL Live, offering fans a quarterback’s perspective through innovative VR segments, alongside analyst Dan Orlovsky.
  • Jason McCourty, a Super Bowl LIII champion with 13 years as an NFL defensive back, enters his second year at ESPN. He will appear on Get Up, First Take, NFL Live, and SportsCenter on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the NFL season, while continuing his role as an NFL game analyst for CBS since 2023.
