Fox News Adds 23-Year-Old Gen Z Influencer As Contributor

Fox News Media has signed conservative podcaster and influencer Brett Cooper as a contributor, the company announced Wednesday. Cooper will offer cultural, social, and political commentary across Fox News Media platforms.

With over nine million social media followers, Cooper launched "The Brett Cooper Show" podcast in January. Known for her grounded perspective and sharp wit, she previously hosted "The Comments Section," covering current events, pop culture, politics, and more.

In a January appearance on "Jesse Watters Primetime," Cooper highlighted the demand for authentic, independent voices among young audiences, noting their shift away from traditional pundits. Fox News aims to attract Gen Z viewers, including talents like Cooper and Riley Gaines, as only 27-30% of Gen Z consume broadcast or cable news weekly, per a Morning Consult poll, with 63% turning to social media.

A UCLA graduate, Cooper resides in Tennessee with her husband.
