Snoop Dogg is set to host a two-hour New Year’s Eve special for NBC and Peacock, titled Snoop Dogg’s New Year’s Eve, airing live from Miami on December 31, 2025, from 10:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. ET/PT.
The event promises a high-energy celebration featuring unforgettable music performances, surprise artist collaborations, and celebrity appearances, all infused with Snoop’s signature style. Jen Neal, Executive Vice President of Live Events and Specials at NBCUniversal Entertainment, praised Snoop’s energy and influence, noting his ability to bring people together for an unforgettable night. The special is produced by Den of Thieves and Snoop’s Death Row Pictures, which recently signed a development deal with NBCUniversal.

His growing partnership with NBCUniversal includes roles as a coach on The Voice (Seasons 26 and 28) and a correspondent for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
There’s speculation that his friend Martha Stewart might make a guest appearance, given their history of collaborations.
The event will compete with other major New Year’s Eve broadcasts, like ABC’s Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. Specific details about the lineup remain under wraps, but one source claims the special, possibly titled Snoop Dogg’s New Year’s Eve Jam, will feature performances by Reba McEntire, Adam Lambert, and George Lopez, with additional appearances by Martha Stewart, Howie Mandel, and Joel McHale, airing from Los Angeles instead of Miami. However, this conflicts with most reports confirming Miami as the location, so the Los Angeles claim is uncertain.
