Seattle Radio: KTTH, WSU Extend Broadcast Deal

Bonneville Seattle Media Group, Washington State University (WSU) Athletics and Learfield’s Cougar Sports Radio Network are excited to announce a multi-year contract extension that will keep 770 KTTH as the home for Cougar football and men’s basketball games. This renewed partnership highlights both organizations’ commitment to delivering exceptional coverage and fan engagement for Cougar supporters throughout Western Washington.

The extended agreement will ensure that Cougar fans continue to receive comprehensive game-day coverage, including live broadcasts, pre-game shows, and post-game analysis, all tailored to enhance the fan experience. With this extension, 770 KTTH will further expand its coverage, bringing WSU’s athletic events to an even wider audience.

“We are excited and proud to be able to provide our sports fans with Washington State Cougar football and basketball play-by-play,” said Cathy Cangiano Sr. Vice President and Market Manager, Bonneville Seattle. “I’m confident our audience will enjoy our continued coverage of Washington State Athletics.”

Fans can also follow all the action on the Seattle Sports App, which will provide live streaming of Cougar games, along with real-time updates and exclusive content. The app offers a robust streaming service that complements KTTH’s radio coverage, allowing fans to catch every moment of the action whether they are at home or on the go.

Cougar gameday broadcasts will include a two-hour pregame and one-hour postgame football show and a 30-minute pre and postgame show for men’s basketball. Additionally, 770 KTTH will be broadcasting the weekly Coaches Show for both sports, offering fans more extensive insights, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content, enriching their connection to Cougar athletics.

“KTTH is thrilled to continue bringing Coug Nation every heart-pounding moment of Washington State’s football and basketball games, including the Apple Cup on September 14 and the basketball squad’s entry into the WCC after last year’s run in the NCAA tournament.” said Jason Antebi 770 KTTH Program Director “This renewal reaffirms our commitment to delivering the passion and pride of WSU sports directly to our listeners. Go Cougs!”
