Imaging Applications Being Accepted For Benztown 50

Benztown, a global leader in radio imaging, voiceover, programming, podcasting and jingles, announces that it will release the 10th Annual Benztown 50 List of Radio’s Biggest Imaging Voices, the radio industry’s exclusive listing of the top 50 voiceover artists in the U.S. and Canada. 

Voice talent can apply for the Benztown 50 through March 1, 2024, at: https://benztown.com/bz50-apply/.

The Benztown 50 list will be based on several criteria, including number of radio station affiliates, station size and market. Benztown has partnered with P1 Media Group to compile and analyze industry data that will be the foundation for this distinction.

In addition, for the first time ever, Benztown will recognize "Best of Format" Awards across 12 format categories. The “Best of Format” Awards will honor the best voices in each category, as determined by professionals across the audio industry and voiceover peers. Those eligible to vote for the “Best of Format” Awards will receive an email in mid-February to cast their votes.

The "Best of Format" honorees will be voted on and named in these categories:

• News/Talk
• CHR
• Country
• Rock
• Classic Rock
• Urban
• Urban AC
• Contemporary Christian
• Sports
• Spanish
• Classic Hits
