Atlanta Radio: Nathan Reed Promoted at B98.5, 97.1 The River


Cox Media Group Atlanta has announced that Nathan Reed has been named Director of Operations/Director of Branding and Programming for WSB-FM  B98.5 and WSRV 97.1 The River effective March 4. 

In his new role, Reed will manage the day-to-day operations of B98.5 and 97.1 The River, while leading music programming, promotions, and commercial production for CMG Atlanta.

Reed is a nearly 30-year media veteran. His experience is rooted in a variety of formats across multiple platforms specializing in research, brand strategies, talent development and marketing. Reed previously served as the Director of Operations at CMG Tulsa, where he oversaw integrated radio and TV brands, research, and marketing. He later joined CMG Tampa in 2019 as the Director of Operations for six radio brands. His career has also seen impactful roles in Toledo, OH, and Flint, MI.
