In preparation for three sold-out Taylor Swift concerts at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA, Cumulus Media's Q99.7 Atlanta (WWWQ-FM) has blanketed Atlanta with custom "Welcome To A-TAY-L" billboards across the city. Swift brings her 2023 "The Eras" tour to Atlanta later this week, with concerts on Friday, April 28, Saturday, April 29, and Sunday, April 30.
Louie Diaz, VP/Contemporary Formats, Cumulus Media, and Program Director of Q99.7, said: "On-air and on Q99.7 Atlanta socials, it is all about Taylor Swift all week long!"
According to Diaz, the response to the billboards from Swifties has been, well, swift and positive! He notes that Swifties are seeing the billboards, taking photos of themselves in front of them, and tagging Taylor Swift, Q99.7 and the City of Atlanta's socials with excitement and anticipation for her upcoming concerts.
